Who’s an ideal candidate for this degree?
This online master’s in architecture program is flexible to accommodate those already working in the field, as well as those looking to make a career change. If you have a background in architecture, this program provides you with the opportunity to earn an additional credential from a program accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) in two years.
Additionally, there is a three-year program option for those who want to become an architect. This opportunity is ideal if you have an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than architecture. Both tracks focus on developing the same set of architectural skills and knowledge.

Are you interested in learning how to use architecture to enhance the lives of people and the natural environment? If so, consider pursuing an online Master of Architecture (MArch) from Arizona State University. In this program, you’ll explore the theory and practice of how buildings are designed and gain the experience needed to take the next step in your career.
This program includes a variety of course types, ranging from history and research to technology and hands-on projects. For example, your studio experiences provide opportunities for you to design buildings and receive feedback. Developed as a series that increases in complexity, the course level you begin at depends on your program length.
