Online students can use any ASU campus space open to the public, including Memorial Union, Civic Space Park, University Center buildings and libraries. However, dorms and on-campus living are reserved for campus-based students.

Online students also have the opportunity to join ASU clubs and attend campus events, including career fairs and sporting events. Tickets for football games and other athletic events are not included with tuition or discounted for online students. These tickets can be purchased from the ASU athletics website. Learn more about online clubs and #SunDevilNation.

Accordion Title
Can online students live on campus, join clubs and attend campus events?

Yes, one of the perks of being an ASU Online student is having access to the same career services and resources as students on campus. Those who are located near an ASU campus may still attend any events or appointments locally, but online students can take advantage of career fairs, internship guides, career resources and articles, networking sessions and advising all online.

To get started, check out our career services page.

Accordion Title
Can online students receive the same career services as on-campus students?

Students with disabilities enrolled in ASU Online courses should complete a registration form to determine eligibility for accommodations. Once confirmed, we assign eligible students with an accessibility consultant who will then help with the necessary steps to determine proper support and accommodations.

If you have additional questions about the registration process, you can contact our office at 480-965-1234 and [email protected].

Accordion Title
How can I get accommodations as an ASU Online student?

Prior to applying or enrolling, you can get in touch with an enrollment coach about the ASU Online application or enrollment process by contacting the team at 866-277-6589 or [email protected]. Prospective students may also speak with a financial aid advisor about finances, scholarships, grants and loans by calling 855-278-5080.

Students will have access to an academic advisor once admitted to ASU Online and can plan their education journey with a success coach once enrolled.

Accordion Title
Can I speak with a coach or advisor before applying or enrolling?

Yes! Global internships are great opportunities for ASU Online students to gain hands-on work experience in their field, boost their resume with international work experience and earn academic credit over the summer or semester. There are four main global internship opportunities:

  • Full-time internships - intern full-time with an organization abroad or domestically.
  • Study and intern - take courses and intern part-time with an organization abroad.
  • Faculty-directed internships - travel abroad with your ASU faculty, learning and interning with other Sun Devils.
  • Global Virtual Internship - intern remotely for an international company.
