Pharmacology and toxicology minor

The pharmacology and toxicology minor expands your knowledge of how chemicals affect plants, animals and the living environment. In this minor, you’ll take core biology and chemistry courses, as well as upper-division electives in topics such as pharmacology fundamentals, principles of toxicology and forensic toxicology. Upon completion, you’ll be prepared for an array of careers in research laboratories, government agencies, environmental toxicology and more. You’ll also have the skills needed to pursue competitive graduate and professional programs.
